Healthy Kitchen
Kicked off the day by running 5 kilometers followed by a peaceful and relaxing round of Sudarshan Kriya. After a perfect start of Sunday, I thought the breakfast should also follow suit. I thought I should make something that is healthy as well as quick to make so that I could make it more often on week days( while rushing to office).
I struck upon an idea. I spread the cheese spread( cholestrol-free) on brown bread. Speckled it with thin banana slices sat upon by delicious cherries. Poured some quinoa seeds on the top that made it look sumptuous, tickled my taste buds as well as are really healthy. It, finally, looked like this.

I had it with butterscotch milkshake and it was sumptuous. Try this on your own, it's so easy to make.
