Life: A Perception

The day you discover the reason
as to why he lent you some breath,
that day you owe him a debt
for you know your being and worth.


To bend and bow is not to fear
the gesture it is of the brave,
to stand not for thy rights and just
isn't just fear, a crime so grave.


When left with nothing but forced to win
recollect and recall your conscience from within,
remember the place you belong to and come from
not the place where you are standin' .


The greatest of the strengths that you acquire
comes not from education, money or armour,
it comes from the wrath you imbibe
being treated unequal, unjust and unfair.


None shall bother to grab you, or hold you
or help to make you rise,
A plenty to knock you , a plenty to mock you
A myriad of those to deride.


Do what you ought to , for thee
To be what you want to be,
Wake up, evolve, emanate and grow
To make them bow before thee.
